Globant Service Customers

Project Type: Voice Survey

Honorarium: 100 GBP

Time Commitment: 20 mins

Description

We are looking to speak with professionals who are current or recent customers of Globant and who have direct involvement in the buying, management or oversight of its digital engineering, software development and IT services work. The most relevant participants are those who own or materially influence the vendor relationship: technology leaders such as CIOs, CTOs, VPs of engineering or digital transformation leads, alongside procurement, sourcing and vendor management professionals who hold budget responsibility or negotiate contracts and statements of work. We are interested in buyers across industries and across company sizes, from mid-sized enterprises to large multinationals. Geographically, we are speaking with individuals based in North America, Latin America and Europe, and equally with those based elsewhere who oversee spend with the provider for one of those regions — where your company is headquartered and the region your remit covers are both relevant, so please flag if these differ. You should be able to speak to your organisation's engagement with the provider from first-hand experience rather than second-hand knowledge.

The discussion will focus on how your organisation works with the provider and how that relationship has evolved. Themes are likely to include the nature and scale of the work you have contracted, how the engagement came about and the criteria that drove supplier selection, how delivery quality, talent and responsiveness have measured up, and how commercial terms such as rates, pricing structures and contract renewals have been handled. We will also explore how the provider sits alongside other IT services and digital engineering suppliers you use, and the factors that would influence you to expand, maintain, reduce or move work elsewhere. We are interested in your own experience and perspective; there are no right answers and we are not seeking confidential or non-public information about your employer.

The format is a 20-minute telephone or video interview, scheduled at a time that suits you, conducted on behalf of an institutional client of Woozle Research. The conversation is structured but conversational, covering a focused set of questions within that window. Fieldwork is running now through to mid-October. Participants receive an honorarium of GBP 100 in recognition of their time.
