Project Type: Voice Survey
Honorarium: 100 GBP
Time Commitment: 20 mins
We are conducting a research study, on behalf of an institutional client of Woozle Research, into how organisations buy and manage digital engineering and IT services. We are looking to speak with professionals who have direct oversight of their organisation's relationship with EPAM, or with comparable global digital engineering and technology services providers. The ideal respondent is someone with budget ownership, vendor management responsibility or decision-making influence over these engagements — for example technology, engineering, digital transformation, procurement or sourcing leaders at manager level and above. We are interested in participants based in North America, Europe and Latin America, and equally in those who sit in one region but oversee spend or delivery for another; if, for instance, you are based at a US-headquartered firm but manage supplier relationships covering Mexico or Brazil, you are a good fit. We welcome respondents across company sizes and sectors, provided you can speak first-hand and in detail about your organisation's use of these suppliers over the past twelve to twenty-four months. Please note we cannot include anyone who works for, or has recently worked for, one of these service providers — this study is for the client-side buyer perspective only.
The conversation will cover how your organisation selects and evaluates digital engineering partners, including the criteria that matter most in supplier selection, how work is allocated across incumbent and alternative providers, and how spend has trended recently and is expected to develop. We will also touch on delivery model and geographic sourcing preferences, pricing and commercial dynamics, perceptions of service quality and capability, and the circumstances under which organisations consolidate, expand or switch suppliers. We are seeking your candid, experience-based perspective rather than any confidential or proprietary information from your employer.
The study is a structured telephone survey lasting approximately twenty minutes, conducted at a time that suits your schedule over the coming weeks. It follows a set questionnaire covering the themes above, with some opportunity for open comment. Participants receive an honorarium of GBP 100 in recognition of their time.
