Core Processing Research 3Q26

Project Type: Voice Survey

Honorarium: 300 USD

Time Commitment: 20 mins

Description

We are conducting research into the US core processing market that serves banks and credit unions. We want to speak with people who sell, implement, integrate or advise on core processing systems and have direct, current visibility of how deals are won and lost across institutions.

Who we want to speak with

We are looking for the partner and vendor ecosystem around the major cores (Jack Henry, FIS, Fiserv, Corelation and others) — not the banks or credit unions themselves. You are a strong fit if you have sales or pipeline visibility over core processing deals and work at one of the following:

• A systems integrator (global or regional) that implements, resells or integrates core systems

• A financial-services consulting firm that runs core selections, RFPs or migration programmes

• An independent software vendor (ISV) that integrates with a core platform — for example, a member of Jack Henry's Fintech Integration Network

• A competing core processing vendor

What the discussion covers We're after the general direction of trends, NOT sensitive client or deal information. Covering: the macro and IT-budget backdrop, deal difficulty and sales-cycle length, discounting, competitive share shifts between incumbents and newer entrants, product traction and roadmap credibility and value-added-service attach rates. Where you have visibility of recent wins, losses or live projects, we'll ask you to characterise them by institution type and asset size — your direct observations, not confidential information.

Logistics The study is a voice call conducted over Zoom, lasting approximately 20 minutes, with a structured set of questions and room for follow-up. Interviews are being scheduled over the coming weeks at a time convenient to you. Participants receive an honorarium of USD 300 on the same day via our payment vendor called Tremendous.
