Project Type: Voice Survey
Honorarium: 150 USD
Time Commitment: 15 mins
We are conducting a short research study, commissioned by a client of Woozle Research, into the channel partner ecosystem supporting BILL's accounts payable, accounts receivable and spend management software. We are looking to speak with professionals who work at, or have recently worked at, firms that resell, refer, implement or advise clients on this platform — typically accounting and bookkeeping practices, CPA and advisory firms, outsourced finance and CAS teams, value-added resellers, technology consultancies and ERP implementation partners. The most relevant participants are those with direct, hands-on responsibility for the partnership: partners and principals, practice or technology leads, client advisory services directors, channel or alliance managers, and senior staff who select, recommend and deploy accounts payable and payments automation tools on behalf of small and mid-sized business clients. You should have personal, first-hand involvement in the partner relationship or in deploying the software with clients within roughly the past twelve months. If your knowledge is second-hand, or you have only evaluated the product without working with it, this study will not be a good fit.
The conversation will focus on your experience as a channel partner and on how you work with the platform in practice. Themes include how the partner programme functions day to day, the level of support, enablement and economics associated with it, how you decide which tools to recommend to clients, and the criteria that matter most when selecting or renewing a software partnership. We will also explore adoption and usage trends across your client base, pricing and commercial dynamics, service quality and product performance, how the platform compares with alternative providers you work with, and the factors that would lead you to expand, reduce or change your partner relationships over time. We are interested in your candid, experience-based perspective; there are no right answers, and we will not ask for client-confidential or proprietary information.
The study is a structured telephone survey lasting approximately fifteen minutes, covering a concise set of mostly closed questions with a small number of open follow-ups. Interviews are being scheduled now and will run over the coming weeks, at a time convenient to you. Participants receive an honorarium of USD 150 in recognition of their time. All responses are used for research purposes only and are reported in aggregate, and we ask that participants do not disclose confidential information or breach any obligations to current or former employers.
